  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch

    • 2/3 cup golden brown sugar
    • 6 large egg yolks
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • ¼ cup cocoa nibs
    • ¼ cup light corn syrup
    • ¼ cup pecans
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1 tablespoon golden brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 4 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
    • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (such as Scharffen Berger or Valrhona)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 9-inch-diameter glass pie dish. Mix melted butter, sugar, and salt in medium bowl. Add flour and mix until well blended.
