Ingredients

  • whipped cream
  • 1 Bosc pear
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick unsalted butter

    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • ½ cup molasses (not robust or blackstrap)
