Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • whipped cream
  • 1 Bosc pear
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
