Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- Rice vinegar
- ¾ cup chopped napa cabbage
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
- ½ cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- ¾ cup finely chopped fresh shiitake mushroom caps
