Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (about 13 1/2 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate minichips
  • ¼ cup chocolate-flavored liqueur
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cooking spray
  • + 15 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
    • ¼ cup water
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
    • 1 ½ cups 1% low-fat milk
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • Glaze:
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons canola oil
    • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
    • Cake:
    • 2 large eggs

1. To prepare glaze, combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cool completely. 2. Preheat oven to 350°. 3.
