  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 eggs, hard-cooked
  • 2 teaspoons whole-grain or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Peel eggs; halve lengthwise. Transfer yolks to a bowl. Mash with mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill each egg white half with 1 heaping tsp. filling.
