  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Ice Cream:
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 3 large eggs

    • Yogurt Cheese:
    • Sauce:
    • 1 (32-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt, drained overnight
