Ingredients

  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup half-and-half
    • Ice Cream:
    • 1 (32-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt, drained overnight
    • Yogurt Cheese:
    • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
