Denver Bake

Ingredients

• 2 T butter or olive oil
• ½ c chopped onion
• 1 c julienned mixed red and green bell peppers
• 1 T minced garlic
• 8 eggs
• 3 c half-and-half
• 1 t salt
• + 5 more ingredients
• • ¼ t pepper
  • 8 c hearty French or Italian bread cubes
  • 1 ½ c cubed ham
  • 2 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ c grated Parmesan cheese
