Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Place the eggs in a large saucepan. Cover with water to 1 inch above eggs; bring just to a boil. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold running water until cool.
