    • 2 ¼ cups sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    • 12 ounces high-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina)
    • 2 cups water
    • 14 ounces bittersweet chocolate
    • 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
