Diabetic Safe Splenda Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) apples, peeled and diced. (can us 4 ½ cup if desired)
- 2 ½ cup(s) Splenda
- ½ cup(s) salad oil
- 1 cup(s) walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 2 cup(s) flour (if you use self rising, do not use soda or salt)
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
- 4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
Preheat oven to 350. Mix apples and Splenda thoroughly. Combine oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla, mix well and add to apples. Mix dry ingredients together and add to apple mixture. Pour all into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for 1 hour.
