Diabetic Safe Splenda Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 cup fruit
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) self rising flour
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) Splenda

Melt butter in a baking pan. Pour Splenda, flour, milk and egg in a bowl and mix well. Stir in fruit and pour mixture into baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400.
