Diabetic Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) flour
• 1 cup(s) Sugar Twin sugar
• ¼ teaspoon(s) cloves
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• ¼ cup(s) shortening
• 2 Eggs
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• + 3 more ingredients
• • ¼ teaspoon(s) allspice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, cream shortening, eggs, and vanilla. In bowl, whisk Sugar Twin, flour, baking powder, spices, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Spray 9x12 pan with Pam. Pour in batter and bake 30 minutes. Top with whipping cream beaten with enough Equal to sweeten.
