Dinner Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz.) package uncooked cellentani (corkscrew) pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10-oz.) block sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
