Ingredients

• 3 cup(s) milk
• 12 ounce(s) Cool Whip
• 1 vanilla instant pudding mix (large)
• 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
• ½ stick(s) butter
• 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
• 1 package(s) Oreo cookies (crushed)

Cream together powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese. Add pudding mix, cool whip and milk. Layer mixture, cookies, mixture, cookies, etc.... ending with cookies and top off with gummy worms.
