Ingredients

• 1 - 16 ounce or larger bag Oreo Cookies
• 2 size instant Vanilla Pudding mix (regular)
• 3 ½ cup(s) milk
• 1 package(s) cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
• ½ stick(s) butter
• 1 cup(s) 10 x sugar
• 12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk. Set aside. Cream margarine and cream cheese, add sugar. Blend with pudding. Fold in cool whip. Crush cookies in blender or food processor.
