Ingredients

• ½ stick(s) butter
• 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
• 1 package(s) cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
• 3 ½ cup(s) milk
• 2 package(s) instant vanilla pudding
• 12 ounce(s) cook whip
• 1 package(s) Oreo cookies (crushed fine to look like dirt). (large pkg)

Mix butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese. Blend milk, vanilla pudding and cool whip together. Add to cream cheese mixture.
