$20 Pineapple Carrot Cake

• 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
• 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 ½ cup(s) cooking oil

  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup(s) chopped nuts
  • 1 package(s) cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 1 box(es) confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup(s) chopped nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) grated carrots
  • Frosting
  • 1 stick(s) margarine

Combine sugar and oil; add vanilla; add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients alternately with pineapple and nuts. Lastly add grated carrots. Don't over beat.
