Don't Peek Casserole


  • 2 pound(s) stew meat or roast, cut inch bite size pieces
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 can(s) water
  • 1 package(s) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can(s) sliced mushrooms

Put meat in large covered casserole dish. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake covered at 300° for 3 hours. Don't peek. Serve over hot rice or noodles. Serve with sour cream. Can be made in crock pot; cook all night.
