Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• ¹/₃ cup(s) vegetable oil
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup(s) Milk
• 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder

• • 1 ½ cup(s) flour
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • ½ cup(s) butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 400°. Cream oil, sugar and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Turn into greased muffin tin and bake 20-25 minutes.
