  • ½ cup plus 1 Tbs. Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar

    • 1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate morsels
    • ½ cup cocoa powder
    • 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
