Ingredients

  • 2-½ oz. (½ cup plus 2 Tbs.) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 5 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1-½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¼ lb. (½ cup) unsalted butter, cut into four pieces
  • 8 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ tsp. table salt
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
