  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
