  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces good-quality white chocolate

    • 1 ounce 9-ounce chocolate wafer cookies
    • 1 1/3 cups sugar
    • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
    • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
