Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • White chocolate curls
  • 4 ounces 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 ounce 12-frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 ounce 9-ounce chocolate wafer cookies
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 large eggs
    • 6 ounces good-quality white chocolate
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon almond extract
    • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter 9-inch-diameter springform pan with 2 3/4-inch-high sides. Double-wrap outside of pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
