Ingredients

  • 3 oz. (6 Tbs.) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 5-¾ oz. (1-¼ cups plus 1 Tbs.) all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • Reserved fruit poaching liquid (from above)
  • 12 dried apricots
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 cup fresh orange juice
    • Pinch ground cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 2-½ tsp. baking powder
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3-¾ oz. (¾ cup) yellow cornmeal
    • 3 Tbs. water
    • ¼ tsp. salt

Lightly butter six 8-oz. ramekins.
