Dried Apricot Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 c chopped dried apricots
  • 1 (6-ounce) bag dried cranberries
  • ½ c golden raisins
  • 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 c packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ c coarsely ground walnuts
  • ½ c melted butter
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 t vanilla extract
    • ½ t cinnamon
    • ¼ t salt
    • Crusts for a double-crust pie
