Dried-Corn Puddings


  • 3 ½ cups milk
  • 2 cups dried sweet corn
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup scallion greens
  • 1 tablespoon double-acting baking powder
  • 2/3 cup frozen corn kernels
