Dried Cranberry Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) finely chopped pecans - optional
• ¼ cup(s) dried cranberries
• 2 tablespoon(s) port wine
• 2 cup(s) mild cheddar cheese - shredded
• 1 package(s) cream cheese (8 ounce)

Mix cream and cheddar cheeses with mixer until creamy. Add port wine and mix until blended. Stir in cranberries by hand. Refrigerate until firm enough to form into ball, and roll in pecans.
