Duck Burger–Gluten Free and Dairy Free

Ingredients

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground star anise
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup diced red onion
    • 2 duck breasts ground in food processor with skin on
