  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup rumchata, plus 2 tbs
  • 2/3 cup dulce de leche
  • ½ cup cinnamon cereal, crushed
