Dulce de Leche Churro Donuts - Oh Sweet Basil


  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • Dulce De leche or caramel sauce
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup cinnamon sugar
  • oil (peanut or canola) for frying
