Dutch Apple Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • 3 cup(s) thinly sliced, tart apples
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

In a large bowl, combine the egg, sour cream, sugar, flour and vanilla. Stir in apples. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine brown sugar and flour.
