Ingredients
- bushel Tart Apples
- 1 bottle(s) Apple Juice or Apple Cider
- Sugar (optional)
- Ground Cinnamon
Wash, peel, core, and thickly slice apples. Put apples through an apple press or a meat grinder. Combined ground apple, apple juice, sugar and ground cinnamon in a large covered saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for (30) minutes, (or desired thickness), stirring frequently....
