Easy Bake Oven Cookie Mix

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups quick-cooking oats
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon baking soda
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup shortening

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, flour, baking soda and brown sugar. Cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles cornmeal. There should be no lumps of shortening left.
