Easy Corn Bread


  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal

    • ¾ cup canned creamed corn
