EASY Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• ²/₃ cup milk
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 ¹/₃ cups sifted flour
• ¾ tsp. baking powder
• oil for frying
• + 2 more ingredients
• • powdered sugar
  • equal amounts butter and honey

1. Beat egg. Mix in milk. 2. Sift flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder; beat into egg mixture until smooth. 3. Pour oil into a heavy pan until it is 1 inch deep. Heat to 375 degrees F. 4. Pour batter through funnel into oil with a circular motion to form a spiral. You can also pour it into a ...
