Easy Pancetta-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Champinones Rellenos de Panceta


  • 4 oz (125 ml) olive oil for frying
  • 12 oz panceta adobado (see substitution note below)
  • 24 white mushrooms (approx 2-inches in diameter)
