Easy Pineapple & Soy Sauced Tilapia

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup(s) fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup(s) basil leaves, packed

  • 1 lime- juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) paprika
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    • Wax paper
    • 1 pound(s) tilapia fillets cut into 4 pieces

Sauce: In your food processor or blender blend until smooth lime juice and zest, soy sauce, pineapple, and basil. Set aside. Place flour on wax paper.
