Easy Pineapple Orange Cream Cake

• 1 can(s) mandarin oranges inch light syrup, drained (11 ounce can)
• ½ cup(s) egg substitute
• ½ cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise
• Cooking Spray
• 1 container frozen fat-free free whipped topping (thawed) (or lite or regular, it really doesnt make much difference) (12 ounce container)
