Easy Potato Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 package(s) each) active dry yeast (¼ ounce pkgs)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) mashed potatoes
  • 2/3 cup(s) shortening
  • 2/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 6 cup(s) flour
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 1/3 cup(s) warm water

Cream sugar and shortening then add potatoes slat and eggs. Dissolve yeast in 2/3 c water, then add to previous mixture. Beat in 2 cups flour and remaining water. Add enough flour to form soft dough. Cover and let rise until doubled about 1 hour. Shape into balls and place on greased baking pans....
