Easy Potato Salad with Dill


  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cucumber - peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into ¾-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 sprigs chopped fresh dill, or to taste
