Easy Potato Vegetable Soup


  • 6 - 7 large potatoes, cut inch chunks
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 8 cup(s) water
