Easy Recipe for Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 6 cloves Garlic (lehsun) Chopped
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs Such as Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme in dried powder format
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
