Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced fresh rhubarb, . (or frozen, 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix (18 oz.) or 1 (18 ounce) white cake mix (18 oz.)
  • 1 (18 ounce) white cake mix (18 oz.)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted) or 6 margarine (melted)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 margarine (melted)
    • 7 whipped topping (optional)

1 Place rhubarb in a greased 9x13 baking dish. 2 Sprinkle with the gelatin, sugar and cake mix. 3 Pour water evenly over the dry ingredients. 4 Drizzle with melted butter or margaring. 5 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
