  • 1 pound(s) Lean Ground Beef
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup(s) shredded Colby or Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 4 green peppers, tops and seeds removed (large)
  • 1 ½ cup(s) chunky salsa
