Easy Spiced Brown Rice With Corn

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cumin seed
  • ½ teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water

1. In a saucepan, mix the water, rice, olive oil, and salt, and bring to a boil. Mix in the corn, cilantro, and cumin. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 to 60 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed. 2. PREP 5 mins 3. COOK 1 hr 4. READY IN 1 hr 5 mins
