Easy Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 pecan halves (1 pound 4 cup )
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cold Water
  • 1 egg white

Beat egg white slightly; add water. Beat until frothy but not stiff. Pour over pecans in large bowl; stir until nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pecans; mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch buttered pan. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir once or twice while baking.
