Easy Sugar Cookies 4

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1 cup(s) butter, softened
• 2 ¾ cup(s) flour
• 1 teaspoon(s) soda
• 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Stir together flour, soda, and baking powder. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 375°. Makes 48 cookies.
