Easy Summer Peach Cobbler
- 2 ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
- ¾ cup(s) Milk
- 1 can(s) sliced cling peaches or 6 fresh peaches (large can)
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 stick(s) margarine
Melt margarine in baking dish. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in milk and pour over melted margarine. (Do not stir.) Spoon batter over evenly. Lay peach slices on top. Pour peach juice over top. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes until brown. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
