Easy Tilapia


  • 2 (3 ounce) fillets tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup asparagus spears, trimmed and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drizzle fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place fillets in skillet and sprinkle with half of the lemon over.
