Egg Bake with Hashbrowns
- 5 eggs
- 2 cup(s) Cheddar cheese - shredded
- salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 pound(s) bacon - diced
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 16 ounce(s) hashbrowns - thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set.
